Flavio Briatore  launched a ‘Billionaire’s Square’ in Dubai 

Don’t expect the 58 year-old Formula magnet Flavio Briatore to rest on his bikini. In spite of the fact that his net worth (approx $150 million) disqualifies him from billionaire status,  Flavio Briatore isn’t scared to throw the term around. The proud owner of Sardinian night spot The Billionaire Club is launching a billionaire club In Dubai in partnership with the UAE’s Pragma Group, managed by Joe Tabet.

Pragma Group, the Lebanon headquartered family of companies, has recently invested in the UAE, acquiring and re-organizing the Palladium in Dubai Media City.

The UAE-based asset within the lifestyle arena has seen a $100 million investment from the Pragma Group.

Pragma have built a smart and successful business by using both hard facts and intuition to seek out the best opportunities for concerts, conferences, banquets and weddings,

The project Between Briatore and Pragma, will consist of a boutique hotel, as well as a Billionaire Bar and Grill, alongside other restaurants, bars and a fitness club.

Billionaire’s Square will be built on the current site of the Palladium entertainment venue in Dubai Media City, and is scheduled for full completion in December next year.

MZ Architects,have been appointed for this project.

Pragma , operates already  a number of lifestyle destinations in Dubai, including the Cavalli Club in the Fairmont and the 400 Club.

Briatore already has a Billionaire boutique in Dubai Mall. There are no current plans to open a similar boutique in the new project, although the businessman did not rule out the option for the future.

The former Formula One team boss launched the Billionaire brand in 1998, and owns a club in Sardinia under the same name. He also has a stake in the English Queens Park Rangers football team

Malgré ses 58 ans, le Play boy millionnaire ne s’endort pas sur ses lauriers Avec une fortune estimée à 150 millions, le propriétaire du « Billionaire Club » de Sardaigne, va lancer  en association avec le Groupe d’origine Libanaise Pragma présidé par Joe Tabet, un « Billionaire club » à Dubaï.

Pragma Group, a récemment investi dans les Emirats en reprenant “Palladium » in Media City.

D’après les informations communiquées, Pragma aurait investi $100 million dans ce projet offrant des facilités de concerts, conférences, banquets et mariages.

Le Cabinet d’architectes MZ Architects,autait été retenu pour le projet “Billionaire Club”.

Flavio Briatore, qui a commencé sa carrière chez Benetton,  et a acquis une notoriété grâce  à sa position de  boss d’écuries de Formule Un, possède déjà une boutique » Billionaire » il est aussi actionnaire de l’équipe de Football anglaise,  Queens Park Rangers.
